Our International Shipping Policy is an extension of our Shipping Policy listed above.
Our shipping policies are compliant with US export administration regulations. Therefore, customers are required to fill out our export control documents for each international order, and can be viewed here.
If your shipping address is the address of a freight forwarder, this is considered an international order.
Certain items may be restricted to certain destinations or end users. All orders are subject to approval by our export control department. If you would like to learn more about US export regulations, you may review them here.
All prices on our site are in U.S. dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
When ordering outside of the U.S., the customer is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The customer of an international shipment may be subject to (but not limited to) import taxes, customs duties, fees, tariffs or any other charges.
Charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. DERF is not responsible for any fees or charges regarding customs clearance. If your order is seized by customs, we are not responsible for refunding your purchase.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. A shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the order address information.
By ordering from derf.com, you are agreeing to the above disclaimer and our terms and conditions.
